As you enter, our windows represent Western and Eastern spirituality for Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year.

Located in a beautiful 200 year old building in Old Town Alexandria, Va., complete with original working fireplace and wood plank floors, Sacred Circle incorporates a circular motif throughout the store. As you enter, you'll stand beneath a spiraling galaxy-like chandelier reminiscent of something from King Arthur's Avalon. If you look up, you'll see a sky mural.

The front of the store holds one of the largest selections of metaphysical and spiritual books in DC, a wall of tumbled stones, journals, bumperstickers, and more.  Relax in our comfortable chairs in front of the working fireplace, which is lit in fall and winter.

In the back half, scarves emanate from a large halo-like chandelier, leading to corner display tables featuring world cultures of the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Here we have jewelry, raw stones and crystals, incense, candles, herbs, oils, clothing, statuary, CDs, greeting cards, and more.

Behind the back half, we have one of our rooms for divination readings.  Upstairs we have a large room for classes and workshops and two other small rooms for readings, holistic health work, and other consultations. Some of the rooms upstairs are available to rent.
