Policies at Sacred Circle
MERCHANDISE • Returns accepted with receipt within 21 days of purchase. If person is not a member of the Inner Circle, items must be accompanied by receipt. • Refund made in same tender as purchase was made or as store credit. • Books are not returnable. • CDs and tarot decks must be unopened unless defective. Defective items can be exchanged for same item. At our discretion, we may buy items back as "used". • Clothes are not returnable. • Special orders must be picked up within 90 days or deposit is forfeited.
PRACTITIONER APPOINTMENTS • Appointments must be secured by full or partial payment to hold your appointment. Valid credit card data in customer database is acceptable. • Unsecured appointments will be considered on a wait list and can be replaced by secured appointments. • Cancellations: - Prior day: full refund - Same day prior to appointment if open time on schedule: half refund - Same day prior to appointment if clients were turned away: no refund - No notice: no refund - After a reading: no refund
CLASSES • Reservations must be secured by full or partial payment to hold your place. • Unsecured reservations will be considered on a wait list and can be replaced by secured reservations. • Cancellations: - Classes with fewer than 5 people signed up 2 days before the class may be cancelled with full refund. - If you cancel more than 3 days before the class: full refund - If you cancel 3 or fewer days before the class: - if there is a waiting list: half refund - if there is no waiting list: no refund - If you cancel without notice: no refund
PSYCHIC FAIR: • No appointments. Walk-ins only. • Sign-ups start 1/4 hour before the fair starts. • If you are with another practitioner when your name is called, the next name will be called and your name will remain at the top of the list. • Take note of your place on the list so that you can estimate how long until your name will be called. Be aware that if people before you on the list are unavailable, your name could be called sooner than expected. • We will try our best to accommodate all people signed up. If you are unable to be seen, you will get a full refund.
