Online Store Policies
Only a very small part of our stock is available online.
However, we will be happy to ship any merchandise to you if you know what you want. Just call us at 703-299-9309 if you have questions about what we carry online or in our store. We can place an order for you over the phone for items not in our online store.
Items will be shipped as soon as possible. We will inform you of any items not available to be shipped immediately. Items not shippable within 28 days will be cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded.
We want you to be satisfied with the item. If not, contact us at Orders@SacredCircleBooks.com. Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same item. Items different than as described or shown may be returned and refunded.
If the damage occurred in-transit you must contact the store within 3 days of receipt of your package and retain the original packing material for further inspection.
If you want to return an item, you must file a return request within 10 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Send an email to Orders@SacredCircleBooks.com. Attach a copy of the invoice emailed to you and indicate which item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. Alternatively you can include your name, address, phone number, invoice number, date of purchase, items to return, reason for return.
We will send you a Return Authorization number (RA #) which must be included as part of the address label and plainly visible:

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please insure your return with USPS, FedEx, or UPS so that the shipment can be tracked. Sacred Circle is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost and not insured.
Refunds for the purchase price will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase if the item is in original re-sellable condition.
Shipping fees will be refunded for in-transit damaged merchandise only.
If you choose to replace an item instead of receiving a refund, the shipping fee will be waived.
